Scientific Programme

General Remarks

There will be six plenary (45 min.) and eighteen invited (30 min., including discussion) lectures. The program will also include 40 oral presentations of 20 min. (with discussion)  and an unlimited number of posters.

Participants who wish to present a paper are kindly requested to submit an abstract to the Symposium Scientific Secretariat (gmloston@uni.lodz.pl) not later than  March 15, 2012. No presentation will be considered unless the abstract has been received by the organizers by this date (see “Call for abstracts”). Please indicate your preference for the form of presentation (oral or poster). Authors will be informed about acceptance and status of their papers before March 25, 2012. Since the number of oral presentations is limited, the Organizing Committee may ask some authors to present their papers as posters.

A Power-point equipment will be available. The authors wishing to use Power-point will be asked to send their presentations to the Symposium Scientific Secretariat (gmloston@uni.lodz.pl) before the symposium to avoid technical complications during the sessions. Each poster will be allotted a panel of size: ca 100 cm width and 120 cm height.
